Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the App after reinstalling or changing devices. Ultimate and Designer access are restored from verified store purchases; locally saved games require a usable device/platform backup and are not recreated by purchase restoration. Apple and Google control billing and refunds through their store support systems. Never send us card details or platform passwords.

Game Designer

Saved games appear in My Games. Renaming keeps their statistics, duplication starts a separate copy with no history, and deletion removes the design and its per-game statistics after confirmation. Designer games do not submit public leaderboard scores because custom rule sets are not directly comparable.

Leaderboards

Confirm that Game Center or Google Play Games is signed in and permitted for the App. Scores may queue locally during a temporary service interruption and retry later.

Resetting local data

See Data Choices for clearing local settings, statistics and scratchpad information. Leaderboard and purchase records are managed by your platform provider.

Accessibility

The App provides named colours and spoken clue descriptions for VoiceOver and TalkBack, scrollable help at larger text sizes, non-colour clues, and reduced-motion presentation. The in-game question-mark action explains locks, exclusions and scratchpad notes; each game's information action explains its particular rules. Please report any control that cannot be used with your preferred accessibility feature.
